At High Reach Roofing, we believe that everyone deserves a safe place to call home. That's why we created the Roof of Hope Program, a community initiative designed to help Central Florida homeowners facing serious financial hardship and an urgent need for a roof replacement.
Each year, High Reach Roofing will select qualifying homeowners to receive roofing assistance at no cost for the approved roofing scope.
We especially welcome applications from:
Low-Income Single Parents
Parents working hard to provide for their children while facing financial hardship.
Veterans
Homeowners who have served our country.
Senior Homeowners
Homeowners age 65 and older who are experiencing financial hardship.
Homeowners With Disabilities
Homeowners living with a disability that affects their ability to reasonably address a necessary roof replacement.
Families Experiencing Hardship
Homeowners experiencing circumstances that make paying for a necessary roof replacement extremely difficult.
Before You Apply
Single-Family Primary Residence
The property must be a single-family residence and must be your primary residence, the home you live in.
Not Eligible
Manufactured homes, mobile homes, condos, townhomes, and duplexes are excluded from the Roof of Hope Program. Second homes, rental properties, and vacation homes are also not eligible.
Application Required
Every homeowner must complete a Roof of Hope application to be considered by our team.
Documentation That May Be Required
To verify eligibility, our team may ask you to provide documents such as:
- Proof of homeownership, such as a deed or property tax bill
- Income verification, such as pay stubs, a tax return, or a Social Security or disability benefits letter
- Recent bank statements
- A public assistance letter, such as SNAP, Medicaid, or SSI
- Veteran or disability documentation, if applicable
Additional documentation may be requested during review. Certain restrictions will apply.

Provide documentation supporting your eligibility and circumstances.

Inspect
A High Reach Roofing representative will inspect the property and evaluate the roof.

Review
Applications are evaluated using our Roof of Hope selection criteria.

Select
Qualifying applicants are selected based on documented need, roof condition, and available program resources.

Build
High Reach Roofing completes the approved roofing project.
- 7
Celebrate
With homeowner permission, we share the transformation and celebrate the family with our community.
There Is No Application Fee
Applying is free. However, submitting an application does not guarantee that you will be selected.
